As a Senior Silicon Emulation Engineer at Google, I develop and improve emulation platforms for Google's Tensor SoCs. I am passionate about computer architecture and specialized computing accelerators, particularly for image and tensor processing. My role as an emulation engineer allows me to understand industry-leading designs of image and tensor processing architectures and develop powerful emulation platforms for their performance evaluation and software adaptation. I received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2019. My research interests were broad, including computer architecture, ASIC design methodology, system software, and persistent memory management. My dissertation research focused on developing system software for persistent memory. I am excited to join the research committee of SAI Conferences and contribute to its mission of advancing research in the field of computing. I am particularly interested in reviewing papers in the field of computer architecture, FPGA, silicon emulation, memory management, and image and tensor processing. Thank you for your time and consideration.
