Dr. Stella Lee has over 18 years of experience in the field of e-learning, educational technology, human-computer interaction (HCI), and software design and development. She has worked as a consultant for higher education, government, non-profit organizations, and private sectors in Europe, Asia, and North America. Stella holds a BFA in Art and Design, a MA in Communications, a post graduate certificate in Adult Learning, and a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on design of a new adaptive e-learning model. Stella’s area of expertise and research interests include learners’ experience online, adaptive learning design, learning analytics, game-based learning, interaction design, and instructional design. Stella has most recently served as a consultant for the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and conducted postdoctoral research with iCore Research Lab at Athabasca University, Canada’s Open University.
