HERE technologies
Currently Xiaochuan Fan is working at HERE maps as a senior research engineer. He received his Ph.D. in 2016 from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of South Carolina. His adviser is Prof. Song Wang. ? Xiaochuan Fan's research interest lies broadly in computer vision and machine learning. More specifically, during the Ph.D. studies, he has worked on 2D/3D human pose estimation, image segmentation, human attribute recognition and action recognition. After graduating, he has been able to expand his research interests into new but related areas, such as object detection and low-shot learning.
