Accommodation

Conference has negotiated bedrooms with SANA Hotel at a discounted rate of €139.00 (single occupancy) including the current VAT and breakfast. The negotiated rates will be available from 27th to 30th April 2025. All reservations will be subject to a 5% Berlin City Tax on the net room rate which is not included in the given rate.

The Conference is non-residential and delegates are requested to make their own accommodation bookings.

Transportation

Arriving at Berlin Airport:
  • Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER): One option is to take the Airport Express train, which provides direct connections from BER to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). From there, guests can transfer to the S-Bahn (city rail system) and ride to the nearest station, which is within walking distance of the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service directly from Berlin Brandenburg Airport to SANA Hotel Berlin.
Public Transportation:

  • Day Ticket: Allows unlimited travel within the selected zones for one day.
  • WelcomeCard: A tourist-oriented ticket that provides unlimited travel for 48 or 72 hours, along with discounts at various attractions.
  • AB/ABC Zones: The AB zone ticket covers the central areas of Berlin, while the ABC ticket extends to the surrounding suburbs.
