Dr. Amina Omrane is Associate Professor, authorized to supervise researchers in management science in the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management-FSEG-Sfax, at the University of Sfax. She is also a researcher at ECSTRA research center, based in IHEC-Carthage, Tunisia. She has over twelve years of academic experience in management science and entrepreneurship, and teaches postgraduate and masters’ courses related to research methods, strategic management, business plans, entrepreneurship, as well as human/personal development. She obtained 2 Master’s degrees in Management by the goals, as well as in Management and Strategy from Tunisia, before earning her PhD in Management Science from the University of Jean Moulin (Lyon III-France) and IHEC-Carthage (Tunisia). Dr. Amina OMRANE has published more than 70 research papers in international ranked and indexed journals, such as IJBG, IJESM, IJBE, JAB, TCR, La RIPME, IJMP, FIIB Business Review, and La Revue des Sciences de Gestion. She also presented many other papers and talks, as a contributor, session chair, and speaker at international conferences/congresses’ proceedings. Moreover, she has served as a reviewer for many other Emerald, T&F, and Inderscience journals as a researcher at ECSTRA center, in IHEC-Carthage. Author of five books on management science, entrepreneurship, and human development, Dr. Omrane has also published many book chapters and coedited several international collective books (Springer, Taylor&Francis, CRC Press) on sustainable entrepreneurship, renewable energy, digitalization, higher education, & new business models, smart technologies and artificial intelligence. Guest editor mainly for reputed Scopus and ABDC journals, she is also serving as sessions’ chair, moderator, and speaker for many other research seminars and doctorial workshops. Many other research and scientific projects are also under consideration and revolve around SME development, innovation, women empowerment, digitalization, sustainability issues, etc.
