I graduated „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree - Marketing. In 2002, I obtained a Master's MBA Programme Degree in the Managerial Strategies and Policies at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati. In 2008 I obtained Travel Manager License issued by the Ministry of Tourism and in 2010 I graduated postgraduated courses „Communication and Public Relations”, „Standards of Integrity in Higher Education”, „University Marketing”, „Academic Role of Civil Society” and I’m following postgraduated studies "Communication at the University" and "Internationalization of Universities” I have defended my PhD thesis „Specialization of the Romanian Economy as a Factor to Increase Competitiveness on International Market” at the „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Department of Economics. I have 14 years' professional experience as an academic and a researcher. My interests are related of the use of ICT in economics, as a reflection of my work experience with an ICT companies and as an Senior Lecturer for „Dunarea de Jos” University in, International Marketing, International Trade, International Tourism, Comparative Economic Systems, Technique of Foreign Trade and Management Information System. I am author/co-author of more than 70 papers published in international journals or presented at international conferences. Also, my research activity is focused on Management Information Systems, Economic Modelling and Simulation, Sustainable Development and Technology Transfer in Economic Activity. Since 2007 I am Director Director of specialization „Economy of Trade, Tourism and Services” of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. I am member of External Reviewer of Member of Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board on Human and Social Sciences, World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology (WASET), African Journal of Marketing Management (AJMM), African Journal of Business Management (AJBM), International Journal of Trade, Economics and Finance (IJTEF), Journal of Hospitality Management and Tourism (JHMT), Member of Editorial Board of Annals of Dunarea de Jos University and Program Committee Member for IBIMA Conference on Knowledge Management and Innovation in Advancing.
