I hold Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, M.S. in CS from Boston University, B.S./M.S. from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Moscow, Russia). I did research on multiple aspects of computer security - from code (source code/binary code) analysis to the application of machine learning to computer security problems. Besides, computer security domain I worked in Natural Language Processing field for a few years. Currently, I'm leading an effort in designing an intrusion detection system.
