I'm currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My research interests are machine learning and developmental system modeling. Specifically, I'm interested in neural network compression technologies such as network pruning and knowledge distillation, and modeling cell behaviors in the developmental system with reinforcement learning. I have published more than 20 papers in top-tier conferences and journals, such as ICML, CVPR, AAAI, and Bioinformatics.
