I am Dr. K. V. Sambasiva Rao, a senior academician, researcher, and academic administrator with over three decades of experience in teaching, research, and institutional leadership. I am currently serving as Dean at NRI Institute of Technology, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. I earned my Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, M.E. from BITS Pilani, and B.E. from the University of Mysore. My areas of expertise include Computer Science Theory and Methods, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and Design Thinking. I have held leadership and academic positions such as Principal, Professor, Research Fellow, and have been actively involved in curriculum development, academic governance, and quality assurance initiatives. I have authored and edited several books, including Design Thinking and Innovation, Advanced Data Structures & Algorithms Analysis, Object-Oriented Programming through Java, Introduction to Programming, and edited volumes on Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, and Inclusive Technologies. My publications span reputed journals and international conference proceedings. I have successfully coordinated numerous funded projects, Faculty Development Programs, and national and international conferences supported by AICTE, DST, MODROBS, ATAL, and SERB, including modernization of laboratories, research-centric FDPs, and conferences on AI, Deep-Tech, Quantum Technologies, and emerging areas of Computer Science. I am a recipient of Best Researcher Award, Best Teacher Award, and Eminent Educationist Award, and I hold patents in AI-enabled assistive systems and intelligent applications. I continue to contribute to academia through research mentorship, project leadership, innovation-driven education, and policy-aligned academic initiatives.
