Bernard Lee, PhD, CFA, is an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, having served as a Managing Director at BlackRock's Portfolio Management Group in New York City. He is currently the Founder and CEO of HedgeSPA, which comprises of three businesses: 1) an investment analytics platform akin to the industry gold standard, 2) public market activities with independently verifiable track records of double-digit active returns across global markets without leverage, and 3) private market activities primarily in the sustainable energy sector. Dr. Lee has authored two books and has presented/published/served as chairs in venues including Springer, AEA, ASA and ACM. His forthcoming third title on quantum computing will be published by the publisher on Nobel lectures. He has held a number of professorial appointments in the US, Singapore and Hong Kong, and is currently serving on the IARIA Steering Committees and the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Earth & Environmental Sciences.
