Syed Manzoor Qasim received the B.Tech. and M.Tech degrees with distinction in electronics engineering from Z. H. College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, India, in 2000 and 2002, respectively. Currently, he is working as a Senior Research Consultant for KACST. Prior to this, he worked as a Research Engineer at King Saud University, as a Consultant at Technology Development Center of KACST, and as Manager of Research and Development at National Center for Electronics and Photonics Technology of CITRI, KACST. He has published more than 100 papers in peer reviewed journals and conferences. He has three US Patents, with several others pending. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Life Member of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), India, and International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong. His current research interests include system-on-chip (SoC) design, digital IC design, computer architecture, reconfigurable computing, FPGA design, machine learning, cloud computing and internet of things.
