Based in a prime location in West London, with easy access to Central London and Heathrow Airport, Clayton Hotel Chiswick is the perfect venue for an International Conference. This is a great base for access, within 20 mins to Hammersmith, Westminster, South Kensington (for the infamous museums) and Knightsbridge, for shopping.

Airport Information

  • London Heathrow Airport (LHR): From London Heathrow Airport, taxis can take you directly to the hotel. The journey normally takes 20-30 minutes from the airport to the hotel forecourt.
  • London City Airport (LCY): The London City Airport is approximately 16 miles/55 minutes by taxi from the hotel

Arriving to the venue by Underground (Tube)
Gunnersbury Tube station is 0.3 miles W from the Hotel.

Parking
Parking on site is available, subject to availability on a first come first serve basis. No spaces can be reserved in advance of arrival. All parking is chargeable at current rates as specified by the hotel.

Visa Information

It is the travelers responsibility to check and confirm current visa requirements to enter United Kingdom. You may check with the UK Border Agency whether you need a visa and how to obtain one if necessary.

Requests for Visa Support Letters
For security purposes, the conference has policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters as follows:
  • Visa Support Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.
  • Visa Support Letters can only be issued for registered attendees of the conference. Unfortunately we cannot issue Visa Support Letters for guests of attendees.

Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format. Please contact the Conference Manager at [email protected] to arrange for a Visa Support Letter. You must include:

  • Your name as appears on your passport
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Passport Number
  • Passport Date of Issue
  • Passport Date of Expiry
  • And, if you are an author of an accepted paper or poster, please provide the title.

Note: Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from SAI Computing Conference will not guarantee that your U.K. visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to United Kingdom.
