FICC 2025 Call for Posters

Call for Posters

FICC 2025 is currently inviting posters for the conference. The posters track presents an opportunity to publish late-breaking results, technical descriptions, smaller research contributions, works-in-progress and student projects in a concise and visible format. Accepted posters will be displayed in the conference venue, including a designated poster session, providing presenters with an opportunity to engage in discussion with other attendees around their research and indexing in the conference proceedings.

Authors are kindly invited to submit their poster papers as per the schedule below,

Round 1

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 01 July 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: 01 August 2024
  • Registration Deadline: 15 August 2024
  • Camera-Ready Paper Submission: 01 September 2024
  • Conference Dates: 28-29 April 2025

Round 2

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 01 September 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: 01 October 2024
  • Registration Deadline: 10 October 2024
  • Camera-Ready Paper Submission: 15 October 2024
  • Conference Dates: 28-29 April 2025

Poster Submissions

Authors are required to submit a poster paper. Poster papers should be minimum of five pages, clearly describing the research questions addressed and their contribution to the research community. Poster Papers will also be published in the conference proceedings.

The format for the poster paper should be as follows:

  • Statement of Topic: A short title.
  • Abstract (Description): The abstract is a short description of your poster.
  • Purpose — What was the intent or goal of the study? What did you want to learn?
  • Background — What was the problem and why was it important? What knowledge are you building on?
  • Method — What was the design? What was the sample? What instruments were used? How was data collected and analyzed?
  • Results — What were the findings?
  • Conclusions — What do the findings mean?

Draft posters will be requested after the acceptance of poster paper. All submissions should be anonymised and will be reviewed by an international panel of experts.
