Soyed received his PhD from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, with the highest distinction. He received his master's Technische Universität München (TUM) with Prof. Ulf Schlichtmann and bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from American International University Bangladesh with Summa Cum Laude and University Gold Medal in 2016 (around a year earlier than the expected completion time). He is currently the founder and chief scientist of MemoryCentric.AI and an independent postdoctoral researcher. His current research interests are computing, hardware accelerators for machine learning, deep learning, and emerging memory computing paradigms.
