Shihao Ye is a Lecturer at Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic in Yichang, China, and a researcher at the Research Center for Three Gorges Cultural Tourism Integration Industry Development, a Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Science of Hubei Province. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Jinan University, and is pursuing his PhD at Imperial College London. His research focuses on artificial intelligence in tourism education, educational tourism, cultural-tourism integration, and tourism management education. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles and international conference proceedings (including works with IEEE and Francis Academic Press), leads a college-level teaching reform research project on AI-driven vocational tourism education, and served as a peer reviewer and technical committee member for the 2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.
