Alessandro Bruno is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at IULM University (Milan, Italy) and Research Associate at CNR ISASI (Lecce, Italy). He was an Assistant Professor at Humanitas University, a Lecturer in Computing at Bournemouth University, and a Research Associate at NCCA (National Centre for Computer Animation) in the UK. He was a research visitor at the University College London (UCL). He covered postdoc positions at INAF (Italian National Institute for Astrophysics) and at the University of Palermo (Italy), where he earned a PhD in Computer Engineering in 2012. He served as PI for a European research project, namely, HeReFaNMi (Health-Related Fake News Mitigation), funded by NGI Search.
