Xuan Liu ([email protected]) graduated from Shandong University, China, in 2010, and received M.S. degree at Wuhan Polytechnic University, China, in 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he was pursuing his Ph.D. at School of Computer Science and Engineering in Southeast University, China, and doing research work at Future Network Research Center in Southeast University, China. Since 2019, he has been a faculty member at School of Information Engineering (SIE) in Yangzhou University, China. He is an active IEEE/ACM/CCF member and a TPC member of CollaborateCom 2019, ChinaCom 2019, IWCMC 2018 and VTC2018-Fall, and serving as a reviewer for many reputed conferences/journals, such as IEEE COMMAG, IEEE TII, IEEE IoT, IEEE ACCESS, Elsevier JNCA, Elsevier FGCS, Springer WINE, Springer WIRE, Springer WPC, Springer TELS, IET CPS, Hindawi MIS, MDPI SENSORS, GlobeCom 2017, WCNC 2017, and IWCMC 2018. His current research interests include information-centric networking, dual-structural network, and future Internet architecture.
