Chengning Wang is currently an assistant researcher with Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received Ph.D. degree from HUST as a University Outstanding Graduate, in June 2021. His research interests include physics-based modeling and physics properties manipulation and mechanisms analysis of high-density nanodevices and arrays, RAM technology and 3D integrated systems, mathematical/applied physics, and numerical linear algebra analysis and parallelization for large-scale complex systems. He was approved to host a NSFC Grant in 2022. His research works were published in IEEE T-ED, ACM/IEEE DAC, IEEE TC, IEEE TCAD (*2), ACM TODAES (Review Paper), ACM TACO, JCRAD, ICCD, NVMW (invited), and so on. He was selected as a candidate of Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Nomination of China Computer Federation. He holds six Chinese invention patents and one pending patent. He was awarded IOP Trusted Reviewer Status Credential. He is currently serving as a Review Editor for Frontiers in Electronics. He served as a Technical Program Committee Member of International Workshop on Engineering Physics, Int. Conf. Physics & Engineering Mathematics, and Int. Conf. Applied Mathematics, Modeling and Statistics Application. He served as a reviewer for JPhysD (IOP), J. Appl. Phys. (AIP), Phys.
