Submission Requirements
- Abstracts must not exceed 300 words.
- Submissions must be written and presented in English.
- Ensure your abstract is carefully proofread prior to submission.
- The presenting author must be available to attend the conference in person.
- During submission, authors must list the affiliations of all co-authors in full.
- By submitting an abstract, the submitter confirms consent on behalf of all co-authors to share their data as part of the submission process.
Review Process
- All submissions will be peer-reviewed by members of the Programme Committee.
- Emphasis will be placed on the scientific quality, clinical relevance, and especially the novelty of the work.
Note: There is no fee for submitting an abstract or for the review process.
Presentation Format
Authors are required to indicate their preferred presentation format i.e. Oral or Poster. The Programme Committee will assign the final presentation format based on the review outcome, taking into account the author’s preference where possible.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the official IntelliHealth Book of Abstracts, which will be made available to all registered participants in digital format prior to the conference.
Author Attendance and Registration
Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to attend the conference onsite. Upon acceptance, the presenting author must register for the conference in order to confirm inclusion in the programme. For more details visit: Registration
