Antonios Andreatos is a Professor at the Computer Engineering Division of the Hellenic Air Force Academy. He received the Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Univ. of Patras, the M.S. in Computer Engineering from the Univ. of Massachusetts (Amherst), the M.Ed in Adult Learning from the Hellenic Open Univ. and the Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the National Technical Univ. of Athens. Research interests include e-Assessment, Active Learning methods, ICT & Web 2.0 in Education, Free & Open-Source Software (FOSS) in Education, Informal learning in FOSS communities & Didactics of Computer Engineering. He has published over 80 papers in journals and conference proceedings, and three books. Prof. Andreatos is also involved in the scientific committees of many conferences in his fields of interest.
