Mu-Song Chen received his Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, at Arlington in 1992. Currently, he is a professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering of Da-Yeh University, Changhua, Taiwan, ROC. Since 1995, he has published more than 50 papers in international conferences and several SCI-indexed journals in the last 5 five years. His areas of research include neuro-fuzzy network, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, image processing, and controller area network.
