The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. After evaluating the COVID-19 uncertainty, the decision has been made to transform the in-person component of IntelliSys 2020 into a virtual format. Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys) 2020 will now be held as an online/virtual event on 3 & 4 September 2020.

Short Bio: Xin Fang is currently a senior R&D engineer at Qualcomm. He got his Ph.D. in computer engineering at Northeastern University in 2017. His research interest is computer arithmetic operations on hardware, hardware security and countermeasures, and heterogeneous computing system using FPGAs. For computer arithmetic, an open source variable precision floating point library called VFLOAT is introduced for general FPGAs which is used by hundreds of researchers and engineers; for hardware security, he is the first to attack MAC-Keccak algorithm on FPGAs; for heterogeneous computing system, a system named SIFO is introduced which takes advantage of FPGA as an accelerator and compiler technology for the host to accelerate a secure function evaluation scheme (Garbled Circuits) in the data center. He starts serving as the committee member of several conferences from 2018 and has been actively review papers of conferences such as FPGA(2012-2018), FCCM(2014-2017), HEART(2016-2018), Reconfig(2016-2017), COSADE(2017-2018) and Journals such as IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems, ACM Transactions on Architecture and Code Optimization, ACM Transactions on Reconfigurable Technology and Systems, Journal of Hardware and Systems Security, etc.
